Scope and operator
QBEAT, Singapore, provides this website and its interactive demonstrations under these terms. They cover browsing and using the demos. The application is governed by the licence supplied with it; these website terms do not replace that licence or the licences of open-source components.
Permitted use
You may browse the website and try its demonstrations for personal or business evaluation. Use the app only with computers, accounts and files you own or are authorised to access. Do not bypass access restrictions, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code or infringe another person’s rights.
Development preview
The current app is a private engineering preview. Physical multi-Mac input, continuous Finder dragging, reliability and release security still require validation. Keep independent backups and avoid relying on the preview for critical work. Demonstrations illustrate the intended experience, not measured performance. This website takes no payments and offers no public download.
Private installers and device access
A personally provisioned installer can enrol devices into its owner group. Keep it private and share it only with the intended authorised Macs. Review connected devices, permissions and sharing settings. Shared Docs can propagate changes and deletions; it is not a backup service. These security precautions do not remove rights granted by software licences.
Content and software licences
QBEAT retains its rights in original website content, artwork and sidebyside branding. Reuse beyond permissions granted by law requires permission. Third-party software retains its own licences and copyright notices, available in the app’s Credits and licenses. No rights in Apple’s names or trademarks are granted.
Availability and changes
The website and demos are provided as available. QBEAT may fix, change or withdraw preview features and does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Updated terms are published with their date and apply prospectively. The licence already supplied with an app copy continues to govern that copy.
Liability and protected rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. This includes liability for fraud and for death or personal injury caused by negligence. QBEAT remains responsible to the extent required by applicable law. No specific performance or fitness for a critical purpose is promised for this preview.
Governing law
Singapore law applies, subject to any mandatory protections of the law where you habitually reside. Singapore’s courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not prevent consumers from using courts or remedies available under mandatory local law.
